| Coyote Hunt Rules & Regulations |
1) Participants must be a paid member of PA. State Hunter’s Organization for the year 2012. Annual dues $13.00, renewals $10.00.
2) If you are not a member now, you can apply for membership when you register for the hunt. To request an application for membership prior to the hunt, you may contact us via email at pennsho@centurylink.net. Use our website for an application as well. Print, complete and mail the application along with the fees/dues to the post office box address listed above. Mark envelope "Coyote Hunt"
3) A hunt registration fee of $10.00 must be paid when you register for the hunt. Registration must occur prior to the hunt date, in person any Sunday in January/ February from noon till 6:00 P.M. at clubhouse or mailed in – see above.
4) Hunt will start at 12:01 A.M. Friday 2/17/12 and hunt will end at 6:00 P.M. Sunday 2/19/12.
5) Weigh-ins will be done by PSHO officials from 4:00 P.M. till 8:00 P.M. Friday and Saturday with final weigh in at 6:00 P.M. Sunday. We reserve the right to autopsy any questionable kills.
6) Prizes 70% 1st place, 20% second place and 10% third place, with a minimum of $1,000.00 in purse monies. Prizes will be awarded in cash.
If only 1 coyote is killed the hunter will receive 100% of purse, if only 2 are killed then #2 will receive 30% of purse. If no coyotes are killed purse rolls over to 2013 hunt.
7) Coyote must be killed during date and time of hunt. Calls and dogs may be used.
8) Participants may hunt in groups or singles. Each participant must be registered.
9) Hunt may take place anywhere in Pennsylvania.
10) Decisions made by PSHO Coyote Hunt Committee are final.
