EVENT DETAILS
Business Meetings: Begin at 2:00pm on the scheduled dates. Everyone always has a chance to talk. Remember club decisions are made at these business meetings. Everyone is always welcome! This is your club, come have your voice heard.
Block Shoots: Begin at 1:00pm on scheduled dates. All block shoots are open! Scopes and chokes are allowed. Shooters must participate in two cash rounds to be eligible for the gun round, and the final cash round. Three shots for $5.00 or $2.00 a shot.
Payout is 70/30. There are a total of 5 rounds at each shoot.
5th Annual Cash Bash & Wild Game Feast: SATURDAY February, 11th; Doors open at 12:00, drawings begin at 1:00pm, and $50.00 is given away every fifteen minutes, until 6:00pm. Bring your favorite Wild Game Dish; share your specialty with your friends. Not a cook, bring a dessert instead!
7th Annual Coyote Hunt: Begins Friday February 17th at 12:01am and ends Sunday, February, 19th at 6:00pm. Weigh in is available Friday & Saturday from 4:00pm-8:00pm, and from noon to Final weigh in at 6:00pm, Sunday, Feb. 19th at the club house. You must be a current member and pay $10.00 registration fee, to participate. (See rules or print the application on the club’s website… www.pastatehuntersorg.com)
Easter Dinner & Egg Hunt: April 1st Dinner starts at 1:00pm, Egg hunt begins at 2:00pm. Pre-registration is required by March 25th. Cannot come to the club...please call (717)567-3305.
Donated desserts are always welcome!

EVENT DETAILS CON’T
Spring Clean-Up: Spring cleanup days April 28th & May 5th. These dates are in preparation for kids’ trout derby, so bring your rakes, shovels, gloves, etc. Volunteers are desperately needed. No one wants to work on Mother’s Day!
Guest Speaker: April 29th, Derek Sweger, from Swegerarms, a 9th generation Perry County native and gun smith, will be at our club house to speak and give a presentation on muzzleloaders. Everyone is welcome to attend this exciting event. Derek will begin speaking at 2:00pm.
8th Annual Kids Fishing Derby: Ages 3-15 to be held 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. A trophy for each participating child. Largest fish in each age group wins free mount. There are 12 placing trophies awarded. The derby will be followed by great food, cooked outdoors, FREE of course! Donated desserts would be appreciated! Please try to pre-register your children so we can get a close estimate of attendance. Stop by the club or call to register. (717) 567-3305.
